Port

• The port of Morébaya is located on the east bank of the upper course of the estuary of the Morébaya River, in the province of Forécariah, in the South of Guinea.
• The land acquisition area of the port is about 3.44 millions square meters, and the total planning area of the port is about 1.285 millions square meters.

• The port has four 12,000-ton ore barge loading berths with a quay length of 693 meters and an annual throughput of 70 million tons of iron ore.
• Two 8,000-ton general-purpose berths, with general cargo throughput capacity of 2.5 million tonsand oil product throughput capacity of 578,000 tons per year respectively
